When issues started the maintenance company stopped replying/caring and management too until after check out. Too hot in main room, no one ever came to look at A/C, probably trying to wait for us to finish our 2-day stay. Good location/price. Too hot at night (28-29 celcius), no sponge for dishes, bathroom water faucet loose, Stove didn’t work after first use. Overall disappointing for a decent...

“What a wonderful place! We stayed for five nights and found it to be charming, ideally located near the sights but away from the tourist crowds, very clean and comfortable. Our host could not have been more gracious and welcoming and provided many great recommendations for Firenze but also for other cities on our itinerary. I would gladly stay here again.”
