Mi problema es con expedia, la reservación era con todo incluido y al llegar no me respetaron esto en el hotel, el personal no es del todo cortés y no salen de que el problema es la agencia de viajes, con ustedes me quedo con muy mal sabor de boca, no ofrezcan algo que no van a cumplir
