Located near 'The Gathering Place' is the Lilly Lane Beach Trail where NatureWalk guests can enjoy a private nature path to the beach. Bike serenely through the nature preserves to the San Juan Avenue public beach access in about 1 mile.
Another beach access, Scenic 395 Beach Access, is 2.1 miles away.
With plenty of space, an amazing location and tons of amenities, 'Sunset Cottage' is the spot that your entire family will want to spend all of their future vacations! Giant Rooms, an open-plan entertainment space, stunning coastal ambiance and 2 screened in Patios, you'll only want to leave to head to the beach!
'Sunset Cottage' at NatureWalk at Seagrove on 30A has not two, but three King Suites! All bedrooms have Private Baths, so no fighting bathrooms on this vacation! One of the King Suites even has access to a huge screened-in balcony (with plenty of seating), the perfect place for watching the sunset. Another one has a luxurious walk-in shower, and the last one comes complete with both a walk-in shower and soaking Tub. Finally, there's a Guest Room with two Full beds for the Kids.
Don't forget the open-space Living and Dining Room (perfect for feeding and entertaining the whole clan!) or the GIANT screened-in Porch with a wall-mounted TV for hanging out in with the fam in the evening!

Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in “Sunset Cottage” at NatureWalk on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in “Sunset Cottage”. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
