The communication and check in processes were seamless. The unit itself was in a fantastic location with a convenient few steps to the beach. The management group was very responsive to our inquiries and needs. There were a few surprises or missing information that could be valuable to guests.1.) There were no elevators. For this unit, there were 4 flights of stairs. It is recommended to pack light or bring someone with muscle to get yourself and all luggage, beach necessities, and groceries up the stairs. 2.) There was no means for cable or streaming services. Our last day was rain and the evenings were quiet. Though we were able to entertain ourselves with books and road trip activities, it wouldâve been nice to check the news, weather, or Netflix. We had maintenance come check on this to find out that there was no way for cable without the owner contacting a service provider. A Roku would be a cheap, easy fix.3.) WiFi does not have a lot of bandwidth. 2 phones and 2 computers overloaded the system. This isnât an issue for someone trying to âunplug,â but we were trying to work from a destination.4.) The hot water seemed to only last for 1, maybe 1.5 people. 5.) There were a couple of issues that we did not report, as they were not a huge deal, but recommended to have the unit checked. Several light bulbs needed to be changed (bathroom, bedroom). Only 1 of the 2 door keys would work and it was tricky.
