Discover The Monumental Suite, a beautiful, luxury apartment offering breathtaking, panoramic views of Santiago's iconic Monument. Located in the upscale La Esmeralda neighborhood, this centrally located gem features a lively Caribbean vibe and modern comforts, ideal for individuals, couples, and families. Benefit from the convenience of nearby dining, shopping, supermarkets, and major highways, plus the added bonus of being within walking distance of the exciting new Agora Santiago Center Mall.

Located within Samara Residences, it has two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed, ample closets and their own private bathroom, remote-controlled air conditioning for personal comfort, and a Television setup with YouTube and Netflix. The bedrooms are spaced sufficiently apart for maximum privacy.

The front-facing bedroom has balcony access allowing guests to enjoy beautiful views of the City surrounded by lush green mountains from the comfort of their bed or to step out on the balcony for fresh air and panoramic views of the historic Monument to the Heroes.

The Kitchen and living room share a welcoming space with a half bathroom that opens out onto the wraparound balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow for cooking meals but has no oven (sorry bakers :-)

The balcony has two separate seating areas with unobstructed views of the Monument to the Heroes nestled in the heart of Santiago, the city, the beautiful skies and distant mountains. This lends itself to relaxation or entertaining.

Guests can enjoy the heated and jet-propelled picuzzi (pool/jacuzzi) and fully-equipped gym located on the building rooftop. The rooftop is a shared social space. However there is sufficient seating and spaces to allow all to enjoy magnificent views.

Additional Benefits:
Rental includes a 1-Car Parking Spot on Premise. A Private laundry room within the apartment with a washer and dryer and laundry detergents. The apartment is on the 6th floor and has its own emergency exit. The building has an elevator and 24-hour security cameras and personnel.

Caution:
Guests should be aware there is some almost completed construction nearby and should expect some incidental noise during the day. As this is a newly opened building, the elevator may have protective covering from time to time.

¡Apartamento durísimo! ¡Este apartamento estuvo durísimo! La ubicación no pudo ser mejor, con una vista nítida al monumento y todo queda a un viaje corto en Uber. El aire acondicionado estaba fenomenal, nos mantuvo fresquecitos en esos días de calor. ¿Y la anfitriona? Súper buena gente y muy atenta. Sin pensarlo, vuelvo a reservar aquí cuando regrese. ¡Toy loco por volver!

I would definitely stay there again and they friend about it. We got the at 1:30am and Diana the host was an available to make sure got In the apartment. Kudos to her. Beautiful place great view and very peaceful.

The property is located in an excellent new building which has: - unit was very clean - around the clock behind the desk security - the key-fob makes it easy to buzz into the build - the intercom system is very modern and easy to use if you have visitors or a delivery - Parking for 1 car was provided, though i will say - for rookie drivers not use to tight spots - it can be a challenge, but we were fine. - the wrap around balcony is fantastic - the unit has great air conditioning in all rooms - modern kitchen - laundry/dryer in the unit - fast internet - smart TV in all rooms - fairly priced compared to the newer hotels in the area The only minor grievances: - No hair dryer provided - Pillows can be softer as ours were hard - Upgrade larger bedroom with a King Size bed - And finally the doors - OMG the doors - all of them would squeak REALLY LOUD when you open/close them so a little grease would easily fix that. ;) Would we stay again - YES would definitely consider it if the price was similar to our stay.

Great Apartment

The apartment was great and very well situated. You have a view of the monument and are a quick Uber ride away from most places. The AC worked amazingly and the host was awesome. I will book this again when I return.
