“Very clear communication with manager and quick responses with question. Clean unit, great security, bed slept really well, beach fabulous, great location to town but quiet property. Across from pool access but not loud. Really nice people renting around you. Not much space in bathroom but really nice shower and fixtures. A nice closet. Full kitchen with the staples in cabinet if you cook. The only thing I would say to change would be a new front door. Everything is updated and nice except...

When we arrived bathtub was clogged & 2 sink faucets needed to be replaced. Owner responded quickly to that problem. Oven was not clean. The tv’s didn’t work because remotes needed batteries & one needed relplacement. One remote was so sticky we needed to use a paper towel to hold it. “The property is extremely clean and quiet. The unit has a very nice feel to it when you walk in. The best spot for us was the backyard. Sitting on the patio outside having coffee and listening to the birds was amazing every morning.The location is close enough to many restaurants, beaches and the River Walk area. The Host is also very attentive and makes you feel very Welcome!!”
