“We had a wonderful stay. Jim was always available and was on top of everything. Had books of recommendations. House couldn’t be in a better location. Wake up and see the Gulf with dolphins swimming while having your morning coffee is how every morning should start. House was great and held 2 families of 4 very comfortably. Pool was great and right next to the house. We felt like we were the only ones on the beach. Loved our stay and will definitely come again. ”

“When we arrive had issues with the keypad to be able to enter the property but host was very polite and took care of the issue right away. The rooms on the side of the kitchen we’re hot but after one night they got cool. Also the pool was hot to be able to swim but as soon I reported the situation the host explain about pool cleaning procedures and Saturday afternoon we were able to enjoy it ! “We had never been to Sarasota before and were thrilled with the location of this Vacation Rental. Walking/biking (Legacy Trail) distance to parks, groceries, and museums on a quiet dead end street. Easy access to beaches, theaters, and friends on various Keys. The home itself was super clean and comfortable supplied with everything we might need. The owner was exceptionally respectful of our privacy and immediately responsive for any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.”

“My family of 4 had a great stay at Rick’s home. The duplex had everything we needed for our visit. The beach chairs, umbrella, and shark tooth sifter were a huge bonus. Downtown was an easy walk and there is a park at the end of the street that the kids enjoyed. The beach wasn’t walkable for us due to the amount of stuff we had. As others have stated, the neighborhood is nice and quiet.”

“Great residence, recently renovated, comfortable beds, nice layout, quiet area, with easily walkable restaurants. We ended up driving to beaches due to heat, but it would be fine to walk in cooler seasons. Siesta beach and all the other public accesses, most with free parking, are only minutes away by car. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Siesta Key!”

"Ett lugnt rent hotel med frukost och gratis parkering. Stora tysta rum med bra AC. Lite i utkanten av Sarasota men så lätt att ta sig till både stränder och centrum. Bil är ett måste dock. Mycket trevligt att det var ägt av Amish, visst man får inte dricka alkohol på hotellet men det gjorde inget när allt annat var topp topp och verkligen prisvärt. Der Dutchman restaurant som ligger precis vid hotellet, familj restaurang som passade oss utmärkt, ingen lyxmat men gott och bra priser. Jag rekommenderar varmt."
