“Perfect location, stunnig views, nice beach and really good pool. Restaurant has been neglected, service is good but unfortunately the food is of relatively low quality and lack all the flavours that an ordinary Italian restaurant normally offers. A tip if you want to sleep well do not stay in the standard room as each car that drives by make the room shake. The junior rooms are on the other hand calm and has an amazing view. ”

The location was perfect for exploring the local area, which was great for us as there was a storm when we were there that meant we didn't spend as much time on the beach as we would have liked, however when we did get there it was really nice to be on. There are some lovely towns nearby. The local shop had everything we wanted and the closest cafes and restaurants were within walking distance and reasonably priced. Highlight for us was a wine...

“Super séjour pour nous, tout à proximité, le logement a suffit à notre famille de 5 personnes, avec le jardin donnant sur la plage, la douche pour se rincer, climatisé, il y avait tout le nécessaire suffisant. Tout était super ! Attention de réserver pour les restaurants car ils sont pleins sinon !!”

“Lovely little apartment, 2 bedrooms (2nd bedroom has twin rooms is a bit small but manageable) both had wardrobe and drawer space. Clean and comfortable. Communication with Fausta was excellent and Lorenzo onsite who helped us check in was fantastic with lots of tips of where to go. There were some basics provided, 1 toilet roll, some handsoap and washing up liquid but a small amount. We ere happy to leave any leftover food and basics there for the next person. Gardens are kept immaculate...

“We rented the whole property. Great place for a family, there are toys, beach chairs/umbrella available which is a big plus. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The communication was a bit challenging. Location is great if you have car otherwise it’s about 15-20 minutes to the beach. The beach close by is the nicest that we visited. ”

“La zona exterior con piscina es estupenda. El interior de las vivienda es mejorable. Faltan cubiertos y utensilios de cocina. Para acceder a la segunda habitación hay que pasar por la primera.”

“Väldigt vänlig, trevlig hjälpsam husägare! Huset är enkel precis som man ser på bilderna men bekväm. Vi var familj med tre barn( 16, 13, och 5 år).Allt som behövs finns i huset! Till och med Parasoll, barnleksaker till stranden Huset ligger ca 10 minuters gång avstånd till Centrum( genväg) och 6-7 minuter till stranden. Barnvänligt. Stannar man längre rekommenderas att hyra bil för åka söderut mot Cala Gonone och ta båtresa därifrån! Norr om San Teodoro finns det Cala Brandinchi att ta bilen...

“Abbiamo chiesto di ricevere le foto dell'appartamento in anticipo ma non ci sono mai state inviate, se avessimo saputo che saremmo state piazzate nel seminterrato senza finestre e con un minibar al posto di un normale frigorifero - per una settimana di ferie ad agosto - non avremmo prenotato qui. Per il resto tutto ok, la zona è bella per cui ci siano godute la vacanza fuori casa.”
