“The location was great. The house was nicely laid out but needs to be cleaned. It smelled like moth balls, needed to be repainted inside and needs a new refrigerator. There are less expensive properties in this area that are nicer and cleaner.”

“Our accommodation was cancelled at our check in time. We had booked 6 months our and when we we're trying to confirm check in, they cancelled it and issued a refund. They wouldn't offer other accommodation as it's 24 houra out. This caused our family extreme distress and cost us financial burden. O lugar é incrivel, os quartos sao otimos, a equipe é muito amável (ainda que no café da manhã possam ser um pouco lentos). Quero ficar lá de novo em todas as vezes que voltar a Ubud. Tive a oportunidade de ir a outros hoteis na regiao (ritz carlton, kupu kuou barong) e achei esse o mais charmoso de todos, numa estrutura mais intimista de hotel boutique. Recomendo muito!”

“The villa number 1 is currently under construction, along with a hotel behind and in front being built. If you don’t mind a bit of noise this is the right place for you. Otherwise, it’s a very nice and technologically advanced villa with all the amenities. ”
