"At first glance the place looked great and met our expectations. However after checking in and seeing our rooms and the different facilities we were a bit disappointed. The reception staff we talked to initially was very nonchalant and we did not feel welcomed. The rooms are worn by age and it is obvious the place has seen better days. If you want a cozy, relaxing jungle visit I suggest a more modern resort. If you want more action I suggest booking something closer to Ubud as the daily shuttle service is always delayed by traffic."

"Very Pleasant and luxury resort in the heart of Jimbaran . It had everything with multiple choice of restaurants and nice pools , a nice garden to walk around into. Very professional and nice staff . Clean and excellent food . The beach was ok . "

"When I came to my room there was no towels. I went to tell them in the reception. It took 1 hour to get some shower towels, and then another hour to get one hand towels. When I checked out I forgot my AirPods in the room, they claim they couldn’t found them but I can see that they have now left the hotel and is a few blocks away. No apologize there either. The breakfast was good though"
