Stylish 2-bedroom condo blocks from the beach in Sayulita - AC, pool and parking

Stylish condo, just blocks from the beach, complete with artisanal tile & wood ceilings. Located on the quieter side of Sayulita but the hustle and bustle of town is only a short/flat 10 minute walk away. Pool within the complex is shared with only 2 other condos and is surrounded by a garden oasis. 2 beds, 2 baths with free onsite parking. Balconies off both bedrooms, along with a rooftop terrace so you can enjoy the jungle views. Fully stocked with kitchen, beach and relaxation necessities!

The primary bedroom is very spacious with a king bed, workspace, wardrobe and TV. If you are traveling with kids, there is space for a crib or air mattress in this room. There is a private bathroom attached with a bathtub. This rooms has access to a patio with hammocks, which then also leads to another set of steps up to the rooftop. This bedroom has the only access to the rooftop.

The second bedroom, on the main floor off the kitchen, has a comfortable queen bed, rack to hold clothes, and private balcony overlooking the pool. We understand families with children may prefer to share rooms. Please reach out if you have 4 adults and would like additional children to join. We will confirm if your group will be comfortable in our space.

Both bedrooms and the living area are equipped with individual AC units. These are controlled with remote controls. To save energy, please turn these units off when you leave for the day and definitely turn off before check out. We appreciate your help with this! There are also ceiling fans that can be utilized (controls are on the wall with a knob to adjust).

The second bathroom is off the living room, next to the second bedroom but not directly connected. This is equipped with a shower.

The sliding glass door divides the living space and the main patio. Feel free to open the door all the way to open up the space. If you do so, please leave the AC unit off.

Like to be active on vacation? Two of the patios have great space for yoga or a HIIT workout. Condo has yoga mats, exercise bands and a jump rope. More probably to be added.

Kitchen is equipped with all of the cooking basics - toaster oven, microwave, blender, pans, pots, dish ware, glasses and kid friendly dinnerware. Please note there is no oven but the gas stove, toaster oven and microwave should suffice! As a reminder, we are located in the jungle. We suggest storing any open food in the fridge to avoid unwanted ants.

The sink’s SMALL faucet (not the large one) and the refrigerator both have filters so the water is safe to drink. These are clearly labeled in the condo as well.
