“This is a fabulous property in a beautiful location. The home was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. John is an exceptional host—his communication was proactive and his hospitality truly stood out. Even in the middle of January, the house felt cozy and had everything we could possibly need. We didn’t get to use the outdoor amenities this time, but we’re already planning a return trip in the warmer months to take full advantage of them. 10/10!”

“we needed to stay the night for a wedding and this hotel was perfect for an overnight trip with kids! much better to have a bigger room so the kids have space to play and the full kitchen is such a plus !! the included breakfast + 24/7 coffee / tea / hot chocolate access is a great benefit! definitely one of the best hotels i’ve stayed in and will definitely stay again!”

“The host was extremely attentive to any questions or needs. Excellent and immediate communication. Good, quiet location between Islip airport and Port Jefferson. The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths.The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul.”
