Detta hem på två nivåer ligger på västra sidan av Kalifornien Highway 1, en kvarts mil söder om den uppvärmda utomhuspoolen, tennisbanor och bastur på Ohlson rekreationscenter. Ta morgonpromenader ner till Stengel Beach (mindre än en mil norr) och Pebble Beach (en mil söderut), ta ut bland cypressen på Sea Ranch Golf Links fem mil norrut och utforska marknaderna, restaurangerna och gallerierna i centrala Gualala sex mil norrut.

Mysiga, bekväma och natursköna under varje säsong. Boytan erbjuder naturliga träväggar, gratis WiFi överallt och en pelletsugn för att värma tårna på dimmiga morgnar. Krulla upp på fönsterstolen med en bok eller ett brädspel, håll dina ögon skalade i horisonten för valpipar och krama med dina nära och kära när du njuter av platt-TV-kabeln, DVD-spelaren, videobandspelaren och VHS-biblioteket.

Cozy 2 bedroom place in a great location near the bluff trail and Ohlson rec center. Great ocean views and deck. Very clean, had everything we needed. The bunk bedroom is not really suitable for adults, so be advised. Renters need to be aware that the lot next door is under construction currently in foundation stage. There is noise and workers are present, so that is not ideal. It was not disclosed until after booked, so be aware.

Check in process was the worst expensive had with any bnb or Vrbo. They wouldn’t give us the address until we uploaded photos of our drivers licenses. They said they sent emails that never went through. I ended up on the phone with customer support for an hour to get my identity “verified”. Then we had to drive 20 minutes past our location to their business office to pick up our check in packet? I would never book anything associated with Vacasa ever again.

The property is cute and a good location. The bed situation was the challenge. There is one queen bed and four bunk beds. The bunks are tight and really only good for kids or small adults okay with tight spaces. The kitchen had what we needed, we had a nice weekend. Tip - don’t use google maps to find the Vacasa office, the address takes you to the middle of nowhere.

Lovely Cottage, Incredible View, Great Location

This cottage is sweet, and the owners vibe is caring and casual. There is a loft that is not available and the cleanliness is hit or miss, but it was fully stocked and comfortable. The common areas are wonderful just like the photos show. Appliances are aged but everything worked. Though it’s right off the highway it is quiet and sleeping was great; the queen is very comfortable. The view of the ocean is truly amazing and the general location is outstanding for proximity to beaches and the sea ranch dining. Overall a great sea ranch experience, lovely, comfortable and we loved it.

Booked this place for the Labor Day weekend back in the Spring. After the contract was executed we learned about a house being constructed across the street. Other parties mentioned about noise during the day — we were not impacted much by that (though the porta-potty was an eyesore. The real challenge of the rental was the sleeping arrangements — one of the bedrooms has a Queen sized bed and private bath. The other bedroom is a nightmare! In a 10’x8’ space, there are two TRIPLE DECKER bunk beds, each about 2 feet wide and about 2 feet between them. The top bunks are damaged — on one side there is a broken bedrail that left a 4-inch wooden spike — really unsafe! Making matters worse, the levels are so close together it’s impossible to sit up (or turn over) without hitting the bottom of the bunk above. Can’t imagine kids navigating the room, and for adults it’s impossible. There is only one working light in the room that works by plugging or unplugging a broken lightcord. I would have expected a safety check before renting this place. It definitely needs one. I will be seeking a refund.

Great House

Lots of positives about the house. Beautiful house. Open concept and bright. Great location. Ocean views, safe and quiet community with access to bluff trail and Pebble Beach We enjoyed biking and eventhough we didn't get a chance to use the pool, it looked very inviting. The slight negatives were that looking straight out the living room/ kitchen across the street was construction, red tape and portapotty, although it did not block the ocean view yet. The house's two bathrooms show its age. Although everything was functioning. We missed not having laundry but did fine without it. All-in-all cute house.

Took my 4 kids here for a few days over Father’s Day weekend. The place was well appointed with all the comforts one may need, including lots of beautiful cookware. Not the easiest to get the welcome package, especially after a several hour drive with a gaggle of kids, but the location for that is close to civilization. Overall, rad spot, adorable little cottage, and it made for amazing memories.

Water Heater Issue

The stay was wonderful but upon check in we arrived to several work trucks and workers on site at the house (water heater, landscape). The water heater had gone out- the situation was handled well but did cause disruption to our stay for 2 days. We had discussed a discount, but I never received anything back after that. The right thing to do is offer a discount of one night's stay. Again, this situation was handled well but we did have plumbers in the house and with access to the house for 2 days. This was uncomfortable.

Great for young kids and pets

I'm a single mama with two small children and one big dog. The Clemmons Cottage gave us a feel for old world Sea Ranch and all of it's fabulous 70s-ness without having to worry about some of the preciousness that comes with some of the higher-priced, higher-end properties. It had everything we needed to be cozy at a price I could afford. The heater in the kid's bedroom wasn't working, but the pellet stove did its job of keeping us all toasty in the rain and chill. I hope the new home going up across the street doesn't mar (pun intended) the stellar view. Many thanks!

Good location for now

To bad they’re going to lose their view. Nice view of the ocean for now and the best thing about the house. Needs some updates and an in-depth cleaning. Has all the amenities. Very small and our big dog made it smaller.

Perfect stay

Great location with wonderful ocean views. Open skies for star gazing. The house had a great vibe and felt comfortable and welcoming. Perfect bunk beds for our granddaughters. We look forward to staying here again.

The cottage was okay but the little things were not up to expectation. 1) entrance hall floor was still wet from mopping 2) front blinds wouldn't lower 3) Coffee pot broke on 2nd day 4) Light in back bedroom didn't work 5) cob webs in skylight 6) front door lock was hard to turn 7) dishes needed to be washed

Good relaxing weekend getaway.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Sea Ranch community is quite a unique spectacle, and a quaint quiet place to spend a weekend on the coast. The house was good overall, but had a few cobwebs, and the upper loft area pictured in the listing was boarded off limits. Other than that, it came with everything we needed for our stay.

Great Pet Friendly House in Sea Ranch

Overall we loved our stay here. The view & layout of the house is great, it's private & close to all Sea Ranch has to offer- quick beautiful walk to beaches, pool/tennis courts and trails in every direction. Love that it was pet friendly so we could bring our entire family. Would have been a perfect getaway except for issues with the bunkbed/kid room 1.) The heater didn't work so our daughter was freezing 2.) The bunk beds are all weird heights so the lowest ones are super claustrophobic for anyone who doesn't like sleeping in a coffin, the highest ones are way too high for younger kids to safely sleep in which left the middle ones as the best option where you can't sit up in bed, so none were great options unfortunately. We were only there a couple nights so it wasn't terrible but would have been difficult if we were there an entire week. We love Sea Ranch! Such a beautful place to unwind.
