Denna vackra Sea Ranch hem är uppkallad efter den lilla staden Ascona i södra Schweiz. Under din vistelse kommer du att njuta av havsutsikten från alla rum.

Det är bara en tre minuters promenad till Bluff Trail och Pebble Beach från detta välutrustade och mycket bekvämt hem för sex. Gualala ligger mindre än åtta miles bort och Stengel Beach ligger cirka två mil från din dörr.

Nedervåningen hittar du två separata sovrumssviter, alla med eget badrum. Varje har en fönstersits och en Kalifornien kung sängar med en madrass av kudde. På övervåningen på huvudplanen finns ett välutrustat kök, bekvämt vardagsrum med gasspis och gott om stora fönster för att njuta av utsikten. Det finns även en mysig alkov med en dubbelsäng och trille vid fönstret, åtskilda av gardiner för lite avskildhet.

Flatskärms-TV ger digital underhållning med YouTube-TV, en DVD / Blu-ray-spelare, en omfattande filmsamling och en strömmande enhet för att spela Netflix och Amazon, och surroundljudstationen kommer att fördjupa dig helt.

Förutom den bekväma inredningen kan du ta havsutsikten från badtunnan på nedre däck. Från övervåningen däck, använd gas BBQ för en eftermiddag cookout.

Oavsett om du kramar framför elden eller tittar på vågorna från de stora fönstren, är det här havet reträtt en underbar Sea Ranch-upplevelse!

Parkering Anmärkningar: Bokningar med 1-2 gäster kommer att få 1 parkeringskort (om inget annat anges), 3+ gäster får 2 parkeringskort. Sea Ranch Association tillåter endast 2 passager per bokning. Parkeringspass är för bilar parkerade inom Sea Ranch (vid recenter, vandringsleder etc) och måste vara synliga i fordonet. De flesta men inte alla våra hus kommer att rymma mer än 2 bilar. För gäster med mer än 2 bilar kan eventuella ytterligare bilar användas för att gå till och från huset utan ett pass, men måste stanna kvar på andra sätt. På gatan parkering är inte tillåtet. De flesta av våra hus rymmer inte mer än 3 bilar.

Great views from the second-story living room. Comfortable beds in large ground-floor rooms. Big tub and large, separate shower with seat in the master bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen, but dishes and glassware are difficult to access if you're short.

Our Favorite Place in Sea Ranch

This was a 3rd visit to Ascona House & it's our favorite place to stay in Sea Ranch. The view is spectacular. The location is only minutes from the bluff trail & you're only 10 minutes away from the restaurants & stores in Gualala. The amenities throughout the house are perfect. It's great for one or two couples. The floor plan allows for privacy even when staying with others. If you have mobility issues, please note there are stairs. Best of all, it's super clean. Great Sea Ranch vibe.

Ideal space & location for Family & Work

Excellent location; expansive ocean views, well equipped, comfortable "feels like home away from home". Our second visit with son & granddaughter who loved TSR pools, the proximity to "the Big Beach", the quiet roads for learning to ride a bike. Clean, good separation between levels and bedrooms. Good "office" space for work. Responsive host.

Wonderful Peaceful Location!

My sister and I stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. The location is extremely peaceful and quiet with lots of wildlife. From the balcony (where we ate breakfast and dinner every day) we saw rabbits, deer, foxes, and lots of birds throughout the weekend. The house has a great layout with lots of room for multiple people. The alcove on the top floor is a smart use of space, and would make an especially great space for an older child to sleep in. It even has an "attached" half-bath. The kitchen at this property is hands-down the best equipped kitchen I have ever experienced in a vacation rental, with lots of quality supplies to cook everything imaginable. Hiking along the bluff from this property was a real treat and had amazing ocean views. The property itself has wonderful ocean views from every room in the home and you definately get the "wow" factor every time you walk into the main living space on the top floor. The hottub has an excellent location with privacy while still allowing guests to experience the outdoors. My sister and I will certainly return to this location!

Beautiful home with great ocean view

This was our second stay at the beautiful and comfortable Ascona House. It has a wonderful view of the ocean and is perfect for two couples or a small family. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved the hot tub and outdoor deck.

Sea Ranch getaway

We visit Sea Ranch at least once or twice a year. This house was really great, very clean, large, well equipped and the star of the show amazing views from every room! It’s a 5 minute walk to bluff trail and pebble beach. We were very comfortable with the house and the beds. Yes, it is a bit dated but everything is well maintained and very cozy! The only hiccup was when one of the smoke alarms began “chipping” downstairs on the last nigh and we couldn’t figure out which one it was coming from! Most fortunately it stopped so we were saved from having to disassemble any of them! Overall an excellent stay and we would recommend this home and will be hoping to rent it again in the future!

Sea Ranch Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the Ascona property. I've rented for many years at the Sea Ranch and this property was exceptional. Everything about this property was top-notch. We love to cook and appreciated the well supplied kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub and cozy gas fireplace made this stay even more enjoyable. A couple minor issues were quicky resolved by the property management company. We'll be back!

Great property

Absolutely as described.

Well appointed house with amazing views, we enjoyed every minute of our time there. Had absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen, including views in every direction. We loved the proximity to the trails and the daily deer visits.

Stunning views, well-appointed house

Our family of three stayed here with friends (another family of three). The two bedrooms with day beds worked very well, and the little nook off of the living room with an additional day bed was an added bonus. The best part about this house is the amazing view from the living room/kitchen area. We also really appreciated how well stocked with kitchen was with dishes, pots, pans, etc. It made cooking and eating meals a breeze. The only reason I'm taking off one star is due to water temperature issues. The hot tub never got very hot (the thermometer said it was 106 or so, but it definitely was not... felt more like a warm bath). In addition, the shower in the downstairs hallway never got very hot, either. Since we were only at the house for two nights, it wasn't a huge deal, but the lukewarm hot tub was a bit of a disappointment.

I hope you share this with the owners. The carpets are filthy, the couches are 10 years past even being accepted by goodwill. The structural boards are protruding from just below the fabric in the arm rests. The master bed is soft and uncomfortable, and the douvet cover in the master bedroom needs cleaning. It has several spots of blood and/or other human secretions right at the edge where ones face would be. The views are great and the blinds seem to be fairly new and in good shape. bathroom drains are slow (need cleaniing out)

Wonderful Whale Watching

This was our second visit to Ascona House and the deck and front windows turn out to be perfect for viewing the California gray whale migration. This home is beautifully appointed with great ocean views. Perfect for one or two couples as long as you can handle stairs. Minutes from Pebble Beach and only 10 minutes from Gualala's restaurants. Super clean too!

Beach House Perfection

Beautiful Ascona House is perfect for one or two couples. Wonderful location with ocean views & only minutes from the bluff trail & Pebble Beach. The home was super clean. While we didn't do a lot of cooking, the kitchen was terrific with a huge assortment of amenities. Restaurants in Gualala were only 10 minutes away. We'll be back!

Lovely Time!

This house is wonderful. Views are stunning, the location is ideal and close to Pebble Beach. Kitchen is well appointed with most everything you will need. Great reading spaces, hot tub, and outdoor spaces. Would suggest bringing some beach chairs as the upper deck only has lounge chairs. Have stayed here twice this year and would love to return.

Perfect House

This lovely home is ideally located, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully appointed to anticipate guests’ needs. We felt instantly right at home when the kitchen nearly mirrored our own, as does much of the rest of the house. Great views. Hope to come again.
