Managed by Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals on the Washington Coast and located on the bluff overlooking the pristine Seaview dunes, Sea La View offers mesmerizing views of the Pacific Ocean and first-class accommodations.

This unit is on the first floor and all on one level (two flights of five stairs each down from the parking area). The open and airy living room is beautifully appointed with electric leather couch and loveseat, gas fireplace, a large screen TV and a ‘viewing chair’ in front of the picture window. A glass door gives you access to the outdoor dining/seating area. The entry alcove is perfect for grilling out of the wind.

The indoor dining area includes a beautiful wooden table with seating for 6. The bright, immaculate kitchen is fully-equipped, including a serving bar as well as quality cooking utensils, dishes and everything you’ll need for ‘eating-in’ while admiring the captivating view. Paper products are provided as well as hand and dish soaps.

Double doors open to the Master bedroom, complete with a queen bed situated alongside glass patio doors for a morning ocean view. There is an en suite bath with double sinks, a separate shower, and a jetted tub for a delightfully luxurious soaking. You’ll be lulled to sleep in quality linens by the sound of the surf.

The remaining two bedrooms have a double bed and a queen bed. The sound of the surf extends to them, as well. (Port-a-crib and baby monitor are available upon request.) The adjacent bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. Laundry facilities are also provided.

Enjoy a short walk to the beach – less than 15 minutes down the path. Even closer, is an access point for our unique Discovery Trail – a paved walking/bicycling/skateboarding trail that meanders through the dunes all the way to north Long Beach and south to Beard’s Hollow, the lighthouses, and Ilwaco. Famous for its kite-friendly breezes, our beach is the best place for leisurely strolls, bird watching, storm watching, hiking or just staring at the surf and taking in the fresh salt air (a proven stress reliever).

This distinctive hideaway is a short drive to an abundance of local activities, shops, restaurants, and beautiful local parks. Located on the bluff in Seaview, about 2 miles south of Long Beach, on the Long Beach Peninsula – famous for great family vacations.

Good space to retreat
Lovely property with good ammenities. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans & utensils. Well suited to two couples or two families with kids who can share the bunk beds. Property is a bit hard to find the actual unit if you arrive a night. Since it's a newer property a map with the exact rental (since it's surrounded by other units) could be helpful, as to not disturb others in the complex. We enjoyed our stay. Beach is walking distance on the back drive.

It was a nice condo clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay and found some wonderful walking and biking trails nearby. The view of the ocean was breathtaking from the condo. We enjoyed our stay.

Not quite what we expected… with a great view.
1. The ad does not show it as a condo, looks stand alone. Only the notes say it’s a multi- unit 2. 2 days before we got there, we got an email about it bring on septic and alarms we would hear if we used too much water - not a good feel 3. Place is super musty. They have to have a dehumidifier on at all times, it raises the temp of this unit 10-20 degrees when running. 4. No ac 5. Three beds, two of which did not have a complete mattress set. 1 is a box spring with a memory foam topper, the other a memory foam 6” alone. Both super uncomfortable to our guests. 6. I personally rented it for the beds and the jetted tub. When I got in, a brown film started floating around the top, and when I got out because of it, there was a greasy ring around the tub. The view is stellar… it could be a really nice place, but it needs work.

Great rental!
It was so nice to be able to have three dogs! Nice, easy path to the beach which was gorgeous and great location to get to all sorts of places on Long Beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Off-Season Getaway
Ultra clean. Managers extremely responsive and friendly. Every amenity considered. Tastefully appointed. Beautiful location overlooking the ocean; you can hear the waves in the distance. Nearby Seaview and Long Beach...had outstanding customer service in every restaurant and store we visited.

Family Vacation
We had a very nice time, you can see the ocean from property. There was a trail that took approximately 15 minutes to get to it. Not a bad walk at all. The mosquitos are bad on trail so bring bug spray. We could also drive on the beach so parked down in front of condo. Close to shopping and eating places. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. I would recommend this condo.

Upscale condo
It was quite a lovely place, spacious and clean. The driveway is steep and parking was a little hard to find on this holiday weekend, but we lucked out most of the time. The amenities were great. It is very well stocked. The neighbors were sweet.
