"When you first walk into the hotel, it is very clean and nice. The lady at the front was very rude to me and was not helpful at all. The room I had was dirty. It was cleaned, but had multiple stains on the carpet, stains in the sink and bathtub, the toilet paper fixture was hanging off the wall, ..."

"The elevator was under construction and we were not told until after we checked in and asked which way to go to get to the elevator. The staff on duty did not care that we had drove 12 hrs in storms and carrying luggage up the stairs was not something we wanted to do."
