“Otroligt lyhört. Dåligt frukostutbud. Dålig påfyllnad av det lilla som fanns till frukost. Tok det slut så var det slut. Läget är helt ok, priset hade kunnat vara acceptabelt om det inte hade varit för att det var så lyhört. Nu är detta ett vandrarhem och inte ett hotell så lite hänsyn har jag. Frukost kan ingå beroende på val, men det borde stå att cornflakes, mjölk, fikabröd och kaffe ingår. ”

“The hostel is located in a very nice, calm and beautiful part of Milan. The hostel affordable and the breakfast was phenomenal - much better than way more expensive hotels! However, I discovered that I had been bitten by bedbugs when I got home which destroyed the experience. Not once but 12 (!!) times in different places on the body and I had only slept there one night. Luckily I got a refund but this doesn't take away the marks... If it wasn't the case I'd definitely recommend this hostel but...

“I originally booked one person per room instead of two by mistake, but the receptionist was incredibly kind and accommodating. He quickly sorted it out for me and only charged an extra 40 euros for all three nights, including breakfast – which I really appreciated! The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. The bed was quite large and comfortable. Next time, I might ask for an extra pillow, but that’s a minor thing. Overall, a great stay!”

“Nice staff, nice bar and common area but the rooms were not so great. Small lockers (couldnt fit my backpack), cranky/rickety beds. No drapers and not your own lamp by the bed. ”
