There was plaster coming off the walls, rolls of dirty carpet just sitting in the lobby, the computer and printer station was completely out of order. The rooms are very basic, not a lot of pillows or bedding and they have a kind of wet/odor smell. When I went to check in, there was no one at the desk for 10 plus minutes. “This hotel was really nice and friendly staff. However my rating goes down since I was told to ask the personell when breakfast close on New years day and the told me wrong so we a family of 5 with 3 kids had to go by bar to a local cafe for breakfast. Really a bad experience.”

“Where do I start? I prepaid for 1 week and after my plane was delayed several times and arriving at extended stay I was told I was a no call no show. My reservations was cancelled.
