“Mycket trevligt! ”

“I enjoyed my 2 night stay here very much. The design of the room is great & unique. The furniture is all modern & feels luxurious. Even though it’s just one room with a large bed, I felt that it was very spacious, not at all cramped as I’ve felt in other hotels. The view was very nice on the 11th floor. “This property was beautiful. It is located in an area that may seem isolated, at first, but a ten minute walk up the hill will give you a place where you can shop and eat. The property itself has great amenities like a pool, jacuzzi, and playground. It’s is certainly family friendly. The host was very communicative. ”

“出差時住在這裡，因為距離MITEC很近所以覺得很方便。是同一棟樓里有不同酒店的構造，Ami這一家是公寓式的，樓層比較高，所以除了房間很大很寬敞以外，還可以從落地窗遠眺。 但同時因為很高所以每次電梯都要等很久，可能是因為會展期間入住率比價高的關係。會展第一天的早餐餐廳也是需要排隊，後面幾天好很多，餐食也算不錯。 櫃檯是一個獨立空間，期間因為打印還有房間電燈問題和員工通過WhatsApp聯絡也都很順暢，維修和對應的速度都很快。 只是從這邊去KLCC區域的話會比較遠，周圍除了會展中心裡面的一些店鋪也沒有餐廳，走到最近的mall也有一定距離，建議提前下好grab做好打車的準備。 不過酒店下面的便利店（超商？）東西很齊全很方便，可以滿足日常需求沒有問題。”

“24 hrs front desk with all staff always provide good courteous service. Daily room service. Clean, breakfast fairly good. Location to access Chow Kit station 5 mints walk can go on Mono rail for many malls, attractions. Will go back again.”

“Good value for money ”

“Very unenjoyable. The hotel hosted a large youth group that ran round the hallways, pranking each other by repeatedly ringing the door bells, making a lot of noice (yelling, etc), leaving their doors open and using the swimming pool/gym as a playground. Hotel staff did not care. At a lower price point I would have found this acceptable but not at the price paid. Otherwise the room was clean and decent but the bed hard and linen coarse. 100 MYR deposit when checking-in.”

“We like this hotel have the basic need and near to the twin tower. Only one problem we booking including breakfast but the hotel get booking without breakfast and want extra pay for the breakfast. We have contact Expedia and they will compensate for this.”

“フロントは前のビルの３階で、かなり遅い時間に着いたが温かく迎えてくれた。部屋は31階。エレベーターも多くて速いのでストレスを感じなかった。部屋は２ベッドルームで様々な設備が整っていて過ごしやすかった。近くのPWTC駅にそこそこのショッピングモールがあり便利。歩いて１分のところにセブンもある。残念だったのはWi-Fiが繋がらなかったところだけ。極めて快適に過ごせたので感謝している。”

“Crossroads hotel got amazing staff, if you really want to get tips on how to experience the real KL - stay here! Be aware it's located in a fairly unsafe area so taxi to and from the hotel will be necessary at night time. Rooms were ok, however very noisy if you had people in the room next to yours. Breakfast was nice from what we've experienced at other hotels and the breakfast staff is more than happy to help out with whats needed. A good stay if you want to stay fairly cheap, located close to...
