“Apart from the very comfortable, spacious, and clean apartment the support that I got for an early check in was exceptional. As I only had one night in Subotica, an early check in was very helpful to me. They worked hard to allow me a midday check in which I highly appreciated. Very good and helpful communication and very nice people. Great place to stay and I recommend it.”

“This hotel short of staff and no instructions to assist late check in. actually it's 7pm. We spent 1 hour to find out how to check in. it's totally unacceptable and unsatisfied. Not house keeping for the second night stay and no blanket in the room. Won't book this hotel anymore for my next trip for this hotel.”

“Nice room. You could hear some noice from the hallway (thin doors) but it really didn't bother me that much. The breakfast was at a nearby hotel so I had to leave the premises. I had no problems with that either. Great breakfast buffet. Really friendly and service-minded staff at the Botanica Residence. Especially Milos(?) who gave me some information about the local football culture. ”

“The room does not match the description. It was dirty as well. I would never book it again. ”

“Good host, beautiful apartment ”

“Great location, great staff !”

“The unit itself is great, location is awesome, comfortable beds and linen etc. It is spacious for 2 people, but once you pull out the sofa in the living room, there is no space for luggage. Not convenient if you have heavy luggage as you have to carry it to 2/3 floor to get on the elevator. Also, it is in the pedestrian area, so there is a bit of walking since the car can’t pull to the building.”
