The location was exactly what I was looking for, close to Pigeon Forge activities that my granddaughters had on their agenda.
I did send the same message 3 times prior to our arrival date asking a question before receiving an answer.
Upon arrival temperature inside was near 80* yes, it was around 100* outside with that being said you’d think that the management would’ve had the temperature down that morning not just an hour or two prior to our arriving as maintenance said is what happened & that it’d take overnight for the cabin to cool down sufficiently. (They did send maintenance within a couple hours). We left almost immediately after unpacking because it was so hot.
Once we returned & weren’t unloading it wasn’t as unbearable inside & I had a chance to look around the cabin better. Upon closer inspection I noticed thick layers of dust on most surfaces, the doors, pictures, fans, dining room table & the upstairs headboard was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen! The walls in that bedroom were covered in cobwebs & thick layers of dust! As I said I didn’t notice when I unloaded because of it being so hot I just wanted to leave. It was after it started to get dark & lamps were turned on that’s when it became noticeable due to the up lighting. The pillows were unusable, I had to buy new. Due to the dust etc I had asthma/allergies & used inhaler & meds whole time I was there. Dishes IN cabinet were dirty!
I texted management right away & STILL no response 3 days later.
