Castle in the mountains

This cabin is gorgeous! The furnishings are elegant, massive, and very upscale. The cabin has very high ceilings, so you feel like you are walking into a large castle. It is so beautifully decorated. The family room downstairs has everything you would need for entertainment. A saloon type bar area, poker table, pool table, arcade game, sectional, TV, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with all types of cookware if you decide to stay in and prepare a meal. This cabin is perfect for large families or multi-family stay.

Do it!

House was beautiful!!!! It was so big with lots of room for everyone. Very clean and looked just like the pictures. My family spent almost our entire time downstairs in the entertainment room. From our youngest (3) to our oldest (72), everyone had something to do and no one was bored at all. We had every cooking utensil we needed. Close to all the places we wanted to visit.. I loved that when I did have a question, the hosts responded almost immediately. Best part is on our last day we got to see a mama bear and her cubs! So glad we picked this place and we had an amazing time! Can’t wait to come back.

Spring Break 2025

This was by far our best cabin to rent! Plenty of room! Plenty to cook with. Decor was beautiful! We had one minor problem with garbage in kitchen not being emptied. Anytime I texted a response immediately. Our grandsons said , very best cabin ever! We want to stay in this one next year! Highly recommend!! 10/10 for us!!

Beauty but short on supplies

The home and location was beautiful for our stay in the Pigeon Forge area. However, the one pillow case provided per queen bed in one room, and the extremely limited supply of soap and kitchen trash bags required a shopping trip both years we stayed in this home. Perhaps it should be mentioned in the listing to be prepared to bring additional supplies.

Cob webs, bugs, dirty dishes, sheets don't fit mattress, some ceiling fan and lights didn't work, hot tub barely worked till it completely stopped working. For the amount of money spent on renting this cabin I would think all things would be in tip top shape. Very disappointing

Breathtaking Cabin

My family loved this property. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas and everything was perfect. We loved the layout of the house and it had everything we needed for cooking for a large group. Our family will come back to this cabin.

Beautiful, large and comfortable place to stay

Plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable seating for so many adults. Loved having a walking trail close by and a pond with fish as well as a creek and waterfall to see and hear from your balcony. Also loved the extra care that was taken to decorate the house inside and out for Christmas including a large tree in the main room!

Family Christmas gathering

Christmas decorations were wonderful, especially the tree. Design of cabin was great and spacious. Comfy beds. Areas for improvement: Longer timers on fireplaces Need soft close cabinet doors. Rug in downstairs flipped up and tripping hazard. Put handholds in showers Place mirrors in bathrooms at more appropriate height. The big tv downstairs was disconnected The microwave was poorly placed, counter top height would be better. Need larger trash cans in bathrooms. Ice maker in downstairs bar did not work Phone number we called for help with directions on the way was not very helpful. Noisy due to lots of hard surfaces- rugs or fabrics would help absorb sound. An 11 am check out time would have been nice.

Best cabin we ever stayed in!

Great place! The best cabin we have ever stayed in. Location is good! Beautiful cabin! We would book for next year if we it had 6 bedrooms instead of 4. This year not everyone could come so 4 bedrooms was perfect! If you have one just like this with six bedroom please let me know. Y’all did a great job with everything!!

It was great!

We rented the cabin for our wedding weekend. The price was very reasonable (especially compared with renting a reception venue back home) and the cabin was amazing! There are 2 master suites with jetted tubs. Huge decks overlooking the woods and a nice hot tub. My wife and I both said we probably should have just stayed here for the whole honeymoon it was that good. With as many rooms as this has though it would probably be impractical for just a couple. This would be more appropriate for a family or friend group.

Cedar Falls

Clean house and a lot of space. Outside of property could have used some maintenance like mowed grass, sticks picked up out of yard, working water fountain as advertised, and blown off decks. We did have a friendly mice that ran around downstairs our last night, so we laughed about that. The girl cousins e being to and appreciated the amenities.

Beautiful House With One BIG Dealbreaker

The house was beautiful, the amenities were great, had everything that we needed and the management was responsive to the one issue we had. However, there was a major dealbreaker... the property had not a single blind or curtain. The property was set back in the trees, so there wasn’t really an issue with privacy, but if you enjoy sleeping anywhere outside the hours of 11pm to 6 am... this property is not for you! There were lights that were on a timer that didn’t go off until 11pm that shined into 2 of the rooms and all 3 of the rooms with windows had sun beaming in from 6 am on. This led to all adults fighting over the one room that didn’t have any windows and our child sleeping in one of the closets.

Great Family Getaway

Property was experienced as advertised. Great place for our expanding family. I kept a list of small repair items but nothing that kept us from enjoying the place. After reading the previous renters complaint about mice I can report that we did see a few droppings in one cabinet but outside of the empty traps no other signs of rodent infestation.

Great except for the mice

Took a family vacation to celebrate a birthday. Would have given 5 stars if not for the mice issue.. Evidence of active mice (droppings and damaged pantry food items) noted the first morning in kitchen. Staff were pleasant and sent someone out promptly to place traps. There was a trap already in laundry room utility room when we checked in, however we kept being told "there has never been a mouse problem at this property". Exterminator asked us to call if we saw more activity. Well we did! We actually saw 1 in a cabinet and another scurry across the kitchen floor that night. The next morning there were droppings across kitchen counters. The property manager sent someone to clean (though we did also) and another exterminator came out. This one found a dead mouse in the trap that had been present upon arrival and a hole in the wall immediately next to that trap. He sprayed foam in the hole and placed more traps in the kitchen and laundry room. Again we were told this was never a problem previously. The hole and trap with dead mouse certainly suggested otherwise. We were refunded essentially 1 night stay which I appreciated and without request but I was pretty offended and disappointed by the implication that this was not a known issue for the property when there was clear evidence otherwise. We didn't pack the mice in our suitcases and bring them. There was a trap, next to a hole, with a dead mouse in it.Why deny the issue? We also didn't use the kitchen much further because of this for obvious reasons. I did convey these frustrations by email to the local and main Vacasa teams via email (along with pictures of a mouse, droppings and food damage) and agreed to wait for a response before posting this review. 2 weeks later and there has been no further response. Otherwise the cabin is spacious and beautifully furnished. Some amenities in need of minor repair (pool table pockets, wheels on chairs, card table). Location is nice. Would have been 5 stars if not for the company of critters and, more importantly, by denial of this being a known issue in the face of evidence to suggest otherwise.

Winter Break Vacay

My family and my brother-in-laws family, 12 altogether, stayed at this beautiful cabin mid February for our kids winter break. The cabin was even better in person, very clean, relaxing, and inviting. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was also conveniently located to all of the TN attractions. Would definitely recommend!

Family Christmas getaway

Everything was great except the trip there. The roads were treacherous. When we got to the property we were unable to drive up the drive because of ice on the driveway. The person in charge of housekeeping had gotten up to the house but got stuck coming down. The only way we could get to the house was to walk and haul all of our belongings by hand. That night we got an email that the property was inaccessible. Well we were already there so we stayed.

Family Christmas Vacation- Dec 2020

This home was absolutely amazing inside and out!! Clean, lots of space in every room. It was well decorated and made us fill at home. We visited right before Christmas, there was a large decorated tree inside the home and home was decorated outside as well. We can not wait to come back here. Location was great and easy access to everything.
