Location great but for the price the standard of the room was really poor. I travel a lot and compared to other rooms this was one of the worst. The AC sounded like it was 50 years old

Hotel was very clean with good mattress! Super comfortable and the breakfast was well worth the nominal extra cost. The bar even had a Jazz ensemble on Saturday nite and they were excellent! Very unexpected to have entertainment! Would stay here again!

When we arrived, they had no record of us and were sold out as was the rest of Newport. We had a confirmation code and whatever else we needed. Expedia was no Ended up finally finding a place to sleep in Massachusetts believe it or not.
