âGreat hotel with friendly staff.
Restaurants, shopping and points of interest within walking distance.
Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I came back to Japanâ
âA practical and efficient place to stay if you need a little more space and a kitchen. Super-convenient location close to transit. Many food stores nearby. You can take the Asakusa Line to Daimon Station and the hotel is just a six-minute walk.â
âThe self check-in is not practical since there is always a staff member standing next to you anyway.
When the aircon started there was a smell of urine in the room.
I asked the staff if I could leave my bags upon checkout and was grudgingly pointed in the direction of a self service luggage system which would not work for either me or the Japanese speaking guests who tried to use it. We were ignored by the staff and I eventually left with my bags to find a deposit locker elsewhere.

âThis hotel exceeded the standards of all other luxury hotels that we have used. The staff was the most pleasant and helpful, and the room was well stocked. The room service was perfect and offered more service than all other luxury hotels that weâve used. The food was always perfect. As a coffee lover, I appreciated the quality of coffee in the room and the French press. All was excellent and a 10/10.â
âEtt bra o fint hotell som ligger en stor tunnelbanestation frĂ„n vilken du lĂ€t rar dig till de flesta stĂ€llena (Shibuya, Tokyo tree tower etc). Bra med shopping nĂ€ra. Bra frukost o fint litet gym. â
âStaff were really helpful from the moment we arrived they carried our cases and offered hand towels and umbrellas for the weather. Due to the work they were having on the hotel drinks were available for free and they had some lovely reading areas and reception lounge. Location was good and they have an event on for the start of autumn in which they offered drinks and snacks. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.â

âBeautiful new hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Some of the best staff weâve ever experienced at a hotel. The room is beautiful and large with great views of Tokyo. We stayed at the beginning of our trip and went back to stay at the end of our trip. â

Enda nackdelen var att det endast fanns laddningsstation pĂ„ ena sidan av sĂ€ngen. Annars har jag verkligen inget att klaga pĂ„.
