Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I came back to Japanâ
âStaff were really helpful from the moment we arrived they carried our cases and offered hand towels and umbrellas for the weather. Due to the work they were having on the hotel drinks were available for free and they had some lovely reading areas and reception lounge. Location was good and they have an event on for the start of autumn in which they offered drinks and snacks. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.â

I asked the staff if I could leave my bags upon checkout and was grudgingly pointed in the direction of a self service luggage system which would not work for either me or the Japanese speaking guests who tried to use it. We were ignored by the staff and I eventually left with my bags to find a deposit locker elsewhere.

âGreat location, great staff, great breakfast. There was some dust in the air-conditioning unit, but that's the only problem I found. If I ever stay in Shimbashi again, this will be the hotel I pick.â
âDet hĂ€r Ă€r det finaste hotellet jag bott pĂ„. Att ha bĂ„de badkar och dusch pĂ„ rummet var verkligen lyxen jag inte visste att jag behövde! Enda nackdelen var att det endast fanns laddningsstation pĂ„ ena sidan av sĂ€ngen. Annars har jag verkligen inget att klaga pĂ„. GĂ„ngavstĂ„nd till flera sevĂ€rdheter, sedan var det ocksĂ„ nĂ€ra till tunnelbana som man kunde ta till de andra stĂ€llena man vill besöka. Helt fantastiskt hotell som jag rekommenderar till alla!â
