“Was in a great location however it didn’t say that it was an end terrace with a path at the running the length of the house. Also it didn’t mention that there were steep slippery steps to get on to the rear garden which again was just a slab and deck area which wasn’t a garden as such. Living area very small and if at full occupancy wouldn’t be able to fit everyone in. TV & internet not great and had to keep refreshing to get connection. Could do with a bit of TLC. “I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam ”

“We had the best stay at this property. All three properties are very well equipped and were perfect for our large group. The location is stunning and great for doing walks in the local area. Sally was very responsive to any queries I had ahead of the trip and whilst we were there. A hot tub had just been installed a few days before we arrived and was the perfect addition to the property. I am very much looking forward to coming back in the future!”
