âWeekend staff were amazing. On Monday the chef was extremely rude and condescending when was told that the coffee machine had run out of coffee and when was requested for a fried egg. She literally snapped at my son when he asked for a fried egg. Not impressed at all! Otherwise this hotel deserves a 5 star rating all over â
âWhat a lovely apartment - we wish we could have stayed longer. It was perfectly situated for my daughter's graduation, and with onsite parking and electric car charging, it couldn't have been more convenient for us.â

âWe had a great stay. It was a city break with my two children and we really enjoyed the experience. The CoalShed has real character and was a great place to hang out with my kids and use as a base to explore all the great stuff on offer in Bristol.
We loved the games facilities and the 'honesty bar', which is a great idea and was definitely welcome in the evening.
The communal area is great for socialising with the other guests as well.

âA really comfortable stay, and a great night's sleep, that felt miles away from the hustle and bustle of Bristol, but still close enough to other amenities that you don't feel isolated. I didn't have dinner on this occasion, due to other commitments, but the menu looked very enticing. Breakfast was well presented and tasted amazing. Just what i needed whilst working away from home. â

From the excellent communication before arrival to the moment we arrived and beyond, Christopher (the proprietor) made sure we felt right at home. âVery nice hotel, modern with new bathroom Amazing breakfast for me as allergic. The staff very friendly. The heating system was on normal for the season who should know that it was 28 degrees when we arrived but the staff fixed quickly a fan to usâ
âReally lovely apartment and in a convenient location for getting to where we need to be. Although there are instructions about parking, it's pay & display and you can only stay in one place for 3 hours at a time, so it's worth looking up somewhere separate to leave your car (we had done this in advance so wasn't a problem for us).
