Thanks for staying. Consumables are not provided apart from starter quantities as described in the rental agreement. It is the guests responsibility to purchase their consumables. We provide very clear information prior to arrival in our "What to bring" section of the arrival email. The unit comes with 2 beach chairs which were not broken, I assume they were looking through the communal breezeway closet. There is no dishwasher or garbage disposal noted in the amenities section not pictures. Please look through the pictures, read the description, and read the information provided prior to your arrival and we guarantee your expectations will be met.

Thank you for choosing Beach Road - Bari as your vacation accommodations. the first sentence of the description is "This is a terrific little beach side studio located steps to the beach with actual beach access right across the street" which accurately describes the location and size of the unit. The square footage is also listed as 320sq. ft, which is about the same as a hotel room however this unit also offers a small functional kitchen and living area. It has been confirmed that every outlet does indeed work, there is one that is controlled by a wall switch. A quick call, email, text or message through VRBO could have resolved this issue for you. Please make sure to read the check-in / arrival material sent 1 week prior to arrival to ensure you do not have any issues with check-in which is as simple as going straight to the unit entering your door code and starting your vacation!

Guests have access to an emergency number as well as support through our guest portal.

Thank you for choosing Beach Road - Bari as your vacation accommodations. We did have a full length mirror however guests like breaking it for some reason. TP is a consumable item and is not provided other than 1 starter roll, which should have been more than enough for your 2 night stay.

Beach Road - Bari is an updated "little beachside studio" located directly across from the 1# beach in America. Enjoy hassle free beach time without circling for parking at the beach. The unit is consistently rated as very clean as described in previous reviews. Consumable items are not provided apart from starter amount and we provide a "what to bring" section in our arrival instructions. As a recent previous review stated "Clean condo, cold A/C" the mini-split a/c unit is new and works very well. We did indeed inspect when brought to our attention however when we arrived it was 68 degrees in the unit. There are 5 parking spaces on the property among 4 units.

The fridge can be set slightly at a lower temperature so it does not run continuously as when placed on the coldest setting. The is no space outside but the beach and picnic area is just across the street. We have permeability restrictions here on the island, this property is already grandfathered in and covering more ground that would be allowed for a new construction project.

Thank you for staying William. Not sure how a modern spring mattress can be lumpy but will take a look and replace if needed. There is no "heater" in the unit, you would switch the a/c system from cool to heat which works. I had looked through our call log and did not see any calls from this guest and there certainly is WiFi. So now I question if this guest actually stayed.
