The Excelsior Beach to Bay Condominium community is unusual in that it is one of only a few complexes that has property on both sides of Siesta Key - the Gulf of Mexico side and the intra-coastal waterway or "bay" side. Therefore, Excelsior can provide guests with unrestricted access to more amenities than most other complexes on the island. It truly is the perfect destination for your Siesta Key vacation.
In addition to its close proximity to the beach, this condo is just steps to the gulf-side community pool and conveniently located gas grills. Guest also have use of a well equipped fitness center, large community pool, sauna, gas grills, shuffle board, two lighted hard surface tennis courts, two pickle ball courts and a fishing dock on the bayside. Anglers frequently catch a variety of fish and observe a passing manatee or dolphin from the fishing dock! Guests can also stroll along beautiful garden walkways separating picturesque twin reflecting pools on the bayside of property.
The recently remodeled, fully equipped gourmet kitchen in 201G has quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and a large bar counter with two barstools. The dining area, furnished with an oval dining table with seating for four, is bright and airy with large windows providing a view of the Gulf of Mexico.
You can gaze at the beach and the Gulf of Mexico while relaxing in the comfortable living room, with its leather furniture, 42 inch flat panel cable TV, DVD player and African cherry flooring. A sliding glass door opens to the lanai, with a large table and seating for four; perfect for cocktails, reading and relaxing while enjoying the ocean views.
Ocean views can also be seen from the comfort of the master bedroom suite, which is furnished with a king-size bed, large dresser, armoire, two bedside nightstands and a 30 inch flat panel cable TV. The large recently remodeled master bath includes a dressing area with vanity and sink and a private bath with a commode, and combination tub/shower.
The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds, a dresser, nightstand and flat panel cable TV. This room also has a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom has a private entry to the remodeled guest bath, with new vanity with quartz counter top and a new custom shower. A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located just outside the guest bedroom and bath.
Private high-speed Wi-Fi and nationwide calling are available at no expense to guests of Excelsior 201G. If you do not want to bring a laptop computer with you on your vacation, you can still check your E-mail on the community desktop computer located near the front office and also use the printer available for your use at no additional charge.
Beach chairs and lounges are available for guests at the beach and the pools.
The condo association rules limit guest occupancy to no more than six people. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
