We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. The management team was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

“Working” vacation

I call this a “working” vacation home because during the month that we stayed there we made several repairs. And if you read the guest book that is displayed proudly, you’ll read that this has happened before. I wonder if the owners of the home and/or property management reads these comments. We did have several communications with the property manager which always resulted in a positive response/result. However, it just took up time, time in which I wish I didn’t have to do..I was on vacation. Granted the house did go through 2 hurricanes this year, but I was assured that the house was still ready for our arrival. As you can imagine, we paid top-dollar to stay in the home for a month. We just wish we would have received a home in top-dollar shape!!

Amazing Stay

The property itself was beautiful and very comfortable. Had everything we would need/want...pool, pool table, grill, bicycles. We could walk and bike to town and the beaches.

Nice stay, could have been better

This house did NOT disappoint! We just ran into a convergence of issues that we understood, but they did detract from our month. (Broken dishwasher, pool pump, coffee pot, some important cleaning details that were missed…)The management company was quick to respond in some cases and a little less in others. They did their best to make it right and we WOULD rent this property again. Now the good- The place is quiet with fairly high end furnishings and appliances and the beautiful grounds and pool were so lovely to wake up to each morning. Due to Covid, we ate all meals here. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could want or need for cooking and baking. One small downside is the counter depth fridge/freezer is undersized for the overall house size and number of permitted guests. There were just 2 of us the majority of the month and with Covid we may have had more need, but we required use of coolers for overage. The drink fridge helped, but the main fridge itself is small. Throughout our stay we swam, rode our own bikes, however they did have 4 very nice bikes there for our use. We walked on the beach, fished and golfed multiple times. The house is in a nice neighborhood with friendly, helpful neighbors. Many homes nearby are under construction/ renovation. The beach, 10 minutes away sadly had Red Tide during our month. Every other day all the dead fish and sea life was getting raked up thankfully. Some days folks were in the water and other times not at all. This made having the pool very handy. The hot tub gets warm as expected, but the jets don’t put much out so it doesn’t get bubbly at all, just a warm or hot soak depending on the length of time turned on. The house is very well maintained- grounds, interior, pool maintenance which shows great care. One thing, all the palm trees need the dead palm fronds taken down. That may appear nit picky, but all the neighbors trees were well tended and the ones in this yard need it desperately. The decorations are quite numerous and didn’t leave any room for personal items. We simply took them away and placed them in a safe spot until we left to give ourselves a bit of room. The bedrooms really need side tables as there is no place to put down a book, phone or eyewear. Also, there are a lot of glass tables and surfaces in this house. It would not be good for children but it is really beautiful and they allow dogs!
