The place was just as described. Access to the beach was great and also a short walk into the center for food, shops and the like. Internet was out more than it was in, and we needed to buy some basics to use while there, but overall was a fun week!

Perfect Location, updated, and clean
This property is right across the street from the beach and beach access 11. It is also not far at all from all the restaurants and shopping. It was very clean. The bed and bedding was comfortable, and it was updated. Great value! I would stay here again.

Anniversary getaway
Property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable and a very short walk to the beach. No beach supplies other than a wagon are supplied, so be sure to bring your own chairs etc. Parking is very very tight, big vehicles could be a problem, and wifi was intermittent. But overall we loved the availability of the trolley to take us around without having to move our car or pay to park. It was perfect for what we wanted and would definitely recommend and stay again!

I’m in LOVE with this place!
This is my second year renting this property, and have been happy both times. Easy rental GREAT experience with rental check in LOCATION. It’s old BUT updated and CLEAN. Affordable and just love easy and convenience of it. Wanna rent it every spring.

Great location but skimpy supplies.
We loved the location. However the sheets didn’t fit the beds. Not very many supplies available. Number of dishes were insufficient and most were chipped. Internet was did not consistently working. Manager didn’t ask if we had what we needed.

Definitely a great value across the street from the beach! Parking is one spot per and as long as all units are considerate this works well. My last night at 4am one of the other units renters was sprawled across the hood of my car. I came out and they ran into their unit. Nothing on the owner. Just hope they got a bad tenet review.

We would absolutely stay here again. Location is perfect, right across the street to the beach and within a 10-15 min walk to the village with restaurants and shopping. The trolly stop is also right near the property if you don’t want to walk. The beach is gorgeous and clean. The condo was impeccable and clean. Don’t be fooled by the modest exterior! We had some minor issue and the property management company was very responsive and easy to coordinate with. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and utensils you would need. They supply you with beach chairs, a cooler and shade umbrellas. They thought of everything. The entire unit was extremely clean and well maintained. Thank you for a great stay! We can’t wait to go back!

Great location, poor comunication
Terrible experience with parking. Manager lied indicating there is people administering on place. No one showed up. Poor identification for parking locations. Other guests brought more then 1 car and took our parking spot. The stay was good and unit was cleaned.

Guest did not speak any english and took our email signature which has our company office hours as someone being at this private residence. Clearly there is no staff when renting someones private residence... We have contactless check-in/out as depicted in the listing. Go straight to your unit and start your vacation!

Beach Fun
Cozy, clean condo with very easy access to the beach. Easy check in and check out. We have stayed at this location in the past also, and will stay there again in the future.

Great place to stay!
Way roomier than what the pictures look like. Super clean, updated, and has the softest and most comfortable beds - including the pullout/Murphy bed!! Also had a gigantic walk-in closet that head all 7 pieces of luggage with plenty of room to spare. Right across the street from the beach, and a short ~10 minute walk or quick (free) trolley ride to the Village. We were so happy with this rental and highly recommend it!!

NICE!
Everything you need is here..large living area, large kitchen, washer and dryer in this unit was really nice! Close to the beach walk across the road and your there…would definitely stay again!

My family came for some fun and relaxation. This property was perfect! We were within walking distance to the beach, and either could walk or very short drive to restaurants, shops, etc.

Great beach vacation
Great location. Easy beach access, and walking distance to the Village. Clean property. Would rent again. A few feedback items: When we arrived the dryer was unplugged. I did not think much of it, until the 4th day of our stay when I went to use it. The dryer vent was not connected and lint was blowing into the laundry room and the dryer would not heat. I did call the rental company who placed a service order. The service was completed after check out which I understand as a part had to be ordered. I think that feedback regarding the repair person having been to the house and what the plan was would have been nice in real time rather than me emailing the day we checked out to follow up. The unit was nice. The pillow top of mattress has permanent indentations in it and we turned it a quarter turn so as not to have to lay in the divets in the pillow top. Not sure of the occupancy of unit one but they had 4 cars parked out front which made getting to the back parking area challenging. It is challenging enough to back in or out of that area without a vehicle taking up some of the lane. Thank you

Thanks for choosing to stay at beach road - tropea on siesta key as your vacation accommodation. The dryer has been repaired and guest was notified it would be completed once the part arrived which had no ETA at the time as it was on backorder cause of all the supply shortages currently. Upon inspection of the unit we found that the boxspring had been broken causing the issue with the mattress.

Good location
Great location, right across from the beach. The place was neat and tidy. However, I think it may be a bit tight for four adults. There was minimum towels for the two of us who stayed there. Only downside is there is no place to sit outside, but we just walked to the beach or the village and it was no problem.

Great place and awesome location
When we arrived the place is definitely a lot larger than the pictures convey. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The ice machine didn’t work and the manager said there should be ice trays in the freezer but there weren’t any. I didn’t push the issue because it wasn’t a big deal. The place was steps from the ocean and we were so happy that we booked in the area we did. Further south the beach area was crowded but by the house we stayed the beach barely had anyone which was great! We were a short walk to the shops and restaurants which was awesome as well. Overall our stay was great and would definitely book again.

Short Walk
This property was nice but beside our door was the trashcans and it was like they never got emptied so there was a smell. Also parking is very tight! I had some issues getting my 4 runner in and out of the parking area. Also the internet/cable went out half way through our trip and we put in several request and called and no one every called us back or did anything about it. The internet/cable thing wasn't that big of a deal it was just the fact that no one bothered to even communicate.

Thank you for staying. The door is actually nowhere near the trashcans, they are on the other side of the parking area and have been in the same location for years and has never been an issue. Parking is tight but still beats driving around looking for a parking spot at the beach. The internet/cable service did go out. Was reported by guest on 8/17 at 2:23PM and guest was notified that the service is out in the area same day at 3:12PM. We were in contact with this guest 11 times prior to and during their stay to address their questions.

Great Place but Could use some work
I really enjoyed my stay but i think that some dish soap, and toiletries for guests to use in the bathroom is something any place we stay in should have. There was not nearly enough toilet paper, there was only one for us to use for the whole week. And sadly, we could not bake without a baking pan. While the place is lovely and the beaches are great, the stay just lacked a lot of what you would assume necessary in a hotel.

This is disclosed in the rental terms and in the "What to Bring" section of the property information. This is certainly not a hotel, it is a second home for us on the beach. We don't do much banking but a guest should mentioned an item like that to be missing and we certainly would have had one dropped off same day.

The only plus to this property was location. Parking was horrible...yes there was a spot in the tiny driveway but getting three cars from other units including ours was very challenging. The unit had no “warmth”. The decor blah! There were minimal supplies in the kitchen...no pot holders, no pan to bake a piece of chicken only pots and 2 frying pans. The can opener dirty and ancient. The maintenance man was great and replaced these items right away. No ice maker but not a huge deal as we could buy ice. Unlike prior to stay a call to the property manager was answered right away. Questions for them prior to stay not acceptable as it took several messages before they called back. We yearly vacation thru another agency so first time with VRBO and would think twice before using them again. Our stay was 2 weeks March 7-21 2020

This a small but comfortable unit, close to the beach and restaurants. The beach is wonderful. The unit was clean but does lack some essentials. This didn’t really impact our stay but would have been nice. Parking is very tight...if you have a large car or truck. We would recommend this location and unit.

Spacious and Roomy!

Beach Getaway
Nice property with most everything we needed for the week. Would only suggest adding beach towels to the linens provided. Bed was very comfortable. This property is located steps from very beautiful Siesta Beach, so convenient to walk across the street and be sitting on the beach in 5 minutes. Cannot say enough what a perfect beach it is, great for long walks, packed white sand, water crystal clear and warm. Beautiful birds all over the beach , too. Also, very convenient to 20 min walk to Siesta Village. Thought we would take the trolley back or forth, but never ended up doing that just because we enjoyed the walk. I would definitely recommend this property, and would gladly rent it again.
