“Mum is 92 and we both loved this property, fields full of lambs one side and the canal the other, pub 100m away, good weather, what more can you ask. The accommodation was really comfortable and had everything we needed. Met Nigel when we arrived and spoke to him again when we left. Perfect! Thank you Nigel. Christine and Babs x”

“The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent.”

“We spent 2 nights at the monastery barn and we had a great time. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. They were very generous hosts. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the conservatory and in the enclosed garden were we able to let our dog explore without any concerns!”

All the bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds. The bathrooms had good showers and plenty of hot water. The kitchen/family room worked really well meaning we could all be together. Stephanie replied quickly to any queries and was very helpful. We would definitely return.”

“This spacious house was equipped with everything and more. The small details really made a difference and the finishings were if a high standard. Having a real fire was an unexpected bonus We made good use of the space and it was easy to get to Oxford, Woodstock and some great country walks locally. “This was a great location for 4 couples to get together for a weekend of walking and eating! A well equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure and there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed visiting the town and countryside walks.”

“Views are great over the square and the check in and communication process was easy. £100 bond was returned quickly and the flat is very secure and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Parking was free 6pm to 6am and is a 5-10 minute walk away at Argos and can be paid for remotely from 6am 8am which was £2. ”
