If you compare this with any hotel Scandic then Loch long hotel is lacking in many areas unfortunately. Pros Nice, friendly staff and management Location is very beautiful! Cons Our room with view towards the lake was very small. You could barely walk around the sides of the bed Line of black mould around window (room clean otherwise) Few choices for breakfast. One of the beds was worn out(when we asked for the mattress to be replaced we were offered to change room but we had already unpacked and declined the offer) Wifi barely working in our room. You don't stay here because of great food or comfort. If you stay here, you stay here because it is a gateway into the incredibly beautiful nature surrounding the hotel.
