Slott i Smaragdssjöarna

“If your AC unit stops working in the middle of the night while you are staying with your family and young children, the response you expect from a hotel manager is 'Sorry, we can't help you with this.' This is deeply disrespectful and completely unacceptable management. You are in the hospitality industry, yet you operate with zero hospitality, empathy, or accountability.”

“Our only complaint is the bed in room 460 was terrible…very hard, we did not sleep comfortably for the 2 days that we stayed. We decided to tough it out but if our stay was longer we would have changed rooms….other than that everything else was very maintained.”

“The property was nice, but my problem was when I opened the door, there was a weird smell, but after I turned on the air conditioner, the smell was gone. The second problem was there was no coffee maker, and they didn't even give us any water bottle or anything. The property is good; it just feels old, but room was good.”

“Loved it my kids love it aswell staff was great wish to comeback in the summer”

“No contact stay and wonderful location and modern room with comfortable bed.”

“Rooms had a kitchen save money on eating in”

“We had a wonderful couple of days at the countryside here. Quiet, not a lot of trafic. Nice staff, nice restaurant. The rooms were clean and nice. The outdoor-pool was terrific and our kids enjoyed it a lot! There are outdor-toys to borrow if you are traveling around like we did. If we end up close by again we would come back to this location. Best regards from Sweden!”
