“Vi kom sent på kvällen till cancun och ville ha ett hotell nära flygplatsen då vi skulle resa vidare till tulum dagen efter. Tjejen som stod i receptionen på kvällen saknade allt vad som heter service. Vägrade att svara på frågor. Men på morgonen fick vi hjälp av en annan kvinna som var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.
Vårt rum luktade lite mögel. För övrigt frächt ställe. ”

"We stayed one night at this hotel with our baby and it was great! It so beautiful right on the beach and the staff was so nice and accommodating.
Breakfast buffé was super yummy and the omelette station is a BIG favourite!"
"The rooms were nice and clean with beautiful view of the beach. Comfortable bed but pillows were very hard and thick. Nespresso coffee available in the room and minibar was included.
We had to change our room after first night because it was a connecting door between us and the next room and the neighbors were partying and waking us in the middle of the night. We had to call the reception to come and tell them to be quiet. In the morning we asked for a room with no connecting door and the reception changed it for us.
The food and alcohol at the hotel is average and of cheap quality, especially the beef was ”glued beef” and the steak had very soft texture and didn’t taste beef.
The breakfast buffet was good and good coffee. Good coffee is hard to find in Cancun and Tulum. Beautiful beach and nice pools.
Yoga sessions by the beach in the mornings and nice gym.
Friendly staff and good location and easy to take the local bus to Cancun centre. "

"The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella and undercooked potata bravas and squid. Overall the total impression was not good."
