“Jim's spot was the perfect place to call home while exploring Talkeetna. Not too far from the town but also so secluded and quiet. “This rental was great! We were visiting from Homer for a hockey tournament and the location was perfect between the Kenai and Soldotna ice rinks. The master bedroom has a ton of floor space to put an air mattress and the beds were super comfortable! Kitchen was fully stocked And host was responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again for our next tournament! ”

"Old hotel but does the job. Big spacious rooms and balcony but no chairs to sit down on. Make sure to get a room high up or the traffic will be very loud. Younger staff has attitude like bored teenagers and are only there for the paycheck. Breakfast is toast, muffins and coffee and everyone has a problem with the toaster which has been around since the 18:th century. I stayed here because it’s in downtown and easy to walk to everything."
