“This property was perfectly located from Homer and all things in the Kenai Peninsula. This property was immaculate with all the necessary cooking and dining equipment. The washer and dryer was a definite bonus.The host was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay at this location when I am in the area again.”

The coffee machine provided was never cleaned as there was fungus from someone who might have used weeks or months ago. Amenities were ok but few basic items like kitchen towels were missing. “This place is called the greenhouse for a reason. It is one of the cutest little places I have stayed at in a while. The amenities are so nice, nice couches and the kitchen is so quaint. I called this house the hobbit house because in every little nook and cranny there are little details that if you aren't looking you will miss them. They had books, ideas where to shop, go have dinner or grab a quick cup of coffee. Everything is so close and I love Palmer anyways, so it made staying here really...
