“My family and another family stayed here during our daughter’s 12 day softball tournament. The house was interesting at first but we adapted quickly. The guests above us didn’t know there was another family staying below so that interaction was awkward, but we became fast friends. The neighborhood on the 4th of July was active and we were able to watch the fireworks from the driveway! ”

“Stayed for 3 full weeks. Property was outstanding. It was clean and well stocked. Only had to shop for food. Location was excellent. Very convenient, right near I-25 and Arapahoe Road. Would recommend this to anyone for a short, or long stay.”

“My group of 4 adults had a great stay with plenty of space. The apartment was clean and had many of the basic amenities. Old Towne Arvada is a very cute area with many shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. You can also walk to the train station (2 minutes) and take it to downtown Denver in 25 minutes. We also did a concert at Red Rocks which was only a 20 minute drive, so the location all around is advantageous. Check in/check out instructions were well communicated. I would highly...
