“Listy is always a wonderful host. The place is beautiful, bright, clean, has great climate control and is located perfectly for me and near great shopping.”

“The property is very cozy and well maintained. It’s close to any dining, transportation, entertainment experience you’ll want to discover. It is well stocked with kitchen/linen amenities. Comfortable and relaxing. The host was very quick to respond to questions about the property as well as forthcoming with info regarding local activities. Although it’s the basement apartment of the main house, upstairs noise was not an issue… very quiet! Colorful host artwork throughout…cheery. Greeter...

“Lovely setting, conveniently located near grocery store and restaurants. It was perfect for the two of us.”

“Great location and communication”

“Great location for DU grad and spending time with family. Jeff was super easy to work with and very communicative. It is also a beautiful neighborhood close to Harvard Gulch and Pearl street”

“Lovely renovated upstairs apartment in a great neighborhood. Easy parking on street. Just up the block from the Harvard Gulch trail . Miles of easy trail. The host was very responsive always got back to me right away. Only thing I had a small issue with: the house entry way is now what leads to bothe the upstairs and main floor apartments. “This place was fantastic. It is in a great location, with two very nice bedrooms and comfortable beds. Both King size 2 fit any needs. Everything was clean, and it was stocked with everything we needed.”

“Overall, we were disappointed by the property. The home was dirty and not maintained very well. We suggest hiring a new cleaning service. Amenities were bare minimum. The home says it sleeps 10, but it sleeps 10 with a blowup mattress. On a positive note, the communication with the owner was very good. He was very responsive and quick to help if we had any issues.”
