“Excellent location within walking distance from Union Station and several cool neighborhoods. My bed and pod were comfortable and check-in instructions were clear. Bring earplugs since the city emits constant noise, although not too bad at night. The bathroom situation is not ideal but otherwise a convenient spot. I'd definitely book it again!”

“Bad: the number to get “help” was super off putting. First, I called to get help with my room’s access pin and “we’ll call you right back and reset your pin” turned into waiting roughly 10 min and I had to call THEM back for the pin. Then the smart TV wouldn’t let me log in to anything or even update apps on the tv that needed it. So AGAIN called the “help” line intermittently for TWO PLUS HOURS to get resolution, with absolutely ZERO help. Finally gave up…. But they were basically like “sucks...
