“The hotel is very close to Empire State Building, Madison square garden and Penn station. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The hotel staff sent clear messages before arrival with information regarding location, check in routines etc. All in all we had a pleasant stay!”

“The location of this place worthsevery cent of your money. It has everything you need. Of course being a family of five with only one bathroom is tricky, but with enough time and logistic everything goes well. The beds are a bit noisy and squeaky and there’s noise from the streets on the weekends. ”

“The duplex pent house was perfect for our fam of 4. The kids each took the larger two sofa beds and we ordered a rollaway bed for the youngest. The kitchen was nice but basic. There was no tea for the hot water kettle, no coffee for the coffeemaker, only cups, plates, utensils, etc. We loved the big bath and walk in shower. The bed upstairs was comfy but the kids complained that the sofa beds were not. The owner graciously let us check in early thankfully because the luggage closet downstairs...

“The location was perfect. The apartment was very clean and the beds are so very comfortable. The host is great with communication. We had the most wonderful time in New York City. We would stay at the apartment again if we should ever have the chance to visit again. I highly recommend this residence.”
