Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend.”

“Carter was an amazing host! He greeted us upon arrival (since we were about an hour early to check-in) and gave us a lovely tour of the house. Everything was extremely clean. We also were very close to the town, so it only took 5 or so minutes to grab a bite to eat or go out for drinks. All of the beds were very comfortable and we all had great nights of sleep. We really appreciated the homey feel of the space and enjoyed discovering little treasures along the way. The kitchen was fully stocked...

“This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.”

“Very clean, comfortable, and quiet property. Although advertised one car parking, actually can park 2, which is good since limited street parking in a crowded neighborhood. Highly recommended if you're staying in the NYC area.”
