“We were in San Diego to explore colleges with our son and to get to know the area to see if our son could see himself living here. The cottage was a great location to be able to visit colleges and get an idea of what it could be like to live in the San Diego area. The cottage itself was walkable to restaurants, the beach and markets and centrally located to visit other areas by car. While there is noise from the airport and the street, it didn't bother us as we took it to be part of the city...

“This property is super nice, clean, and conveniently located to so many attractions. You must be prepared for beach town vibes ( which we love). The property is located right next to the cutest barbershop, and nestled among an eclectic mix of businesses. The only downside was parking. Be prepared to pay for the public parking lot. That said, we had a wonderful stay and the owner was very communicative and friendly. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect and there was even a dog bed, toys, and a water dish filled with water waiting for us when we got there. Within walking distance to lots of dog friendly restaurants and within a 10-15min drive to all the things we wanted to do in San Diego, including an off leash dog beach. Would stay here again.”

“This tastefully decorated charming cottage was just as depicted in the listing (minus firepit in backyard). Kitchen is small but well stocked with good quality cookware and appliances. Street parking was usually easy to come by right in front of house. Drive to everything we wanted to see was easy and usually took 15-20 minutes. Walking distance to fun restaurants and ocean views.
