     The villa is very tastefully furnished with every modern appliance you would expect in a 5-star luxury villa. There is also a jacuzzi hot tub on the roof terrace, giving you the ultimate relaxation holiday.

     Ayia Napa Villa 1369 has an 8X4m outdoor heated pool with an aqua bed built in. The ground-level sea views from this villa are truly amazing. Please note that as for all our properties, pool heating is charged extra daily.

     Ayia Napa has over the last couple of years developed into a cosmopolitan resort with an array of colorful bars, restaurants, and shops. With an abundance of secluded sandy bays, Ayia Napa has recently been named the sunny and sandy land.

     Step away from the main nightlife area and take a closer look, and you will discover that Ayia Napa is full of history and tradition, making it impossible for even the fussiest visitor not to find something that will interest them.

     A great deal of money has been invested over the past few years in a major program to revitalize the area. The results are amazing! The entire harbor has been pedestrianized, with cafes and fish-tavernas lining the front. A wooden walkway travels the length of the harbor and continues past it.

     At night, beautifully designed lights illuminate the area, setting the perfect scene for a romantic meal, a stroll along the harbor, or just watching the moon float over the sea. Discover Ayia Napa. You will be surprised!

Beautiful secluded home with private pool

Pros: private home & pool. Secluded if that’s what you’re looking for. Two usable showers. Sleeps 6 (we only had 3 people). Stays very cool in the home and we only ran the AC units in the bedrooms that we used during the night. Small grocery store within 1.5 miles. 3 nice sunning beds by the pool and other seating. Very safe neighborhood. Very clean unit. Good communication with the host. There was a welcome kit in the fridge which was nice
loaf of bread, champagne, cheese, water, jelly. There is an outside covered dining table that we spent most of our time while there. The pool guy came twice a week.Cons: only enough toilet paper for less than 24 hours (we bought and left a lot for the next person). 3 showers but only 2 can be used as the main floor one is 1.5 feet deep and 2.5 feet in length and the shower head faces the bathroom which would cause a mess. No cleaning supplies for the home other than dishwasher and clothes washer. You can request housekeeping for an extra fee.No security gate even tho they include it in the check in details. The door is extremely difficult to unlock but after 6 times we got the hang of it. The description and amenities boast a heated pool with no mention of a daily charge so no heated pool unless you want to pay 50 USD per day extra. Roof top jacuzzi is unusable and it was empty. I’m assuming an extra fee has to be paid to fill it. No beach towels so be prepared to purchase those. I would recommend this place for a short term stay.
