" We were just checking into your hotel in New York. I have to say that it is the absolute worst service and treatment I have ever experienced. The room was not ready (over an hour late), the staff was extremely rude and arrogant. I have stayed in many different hotels around the world and this is the worst I have experienced, hotels with fewer stars have always treated me better. I am extremely disappointed. I am writing to you first, now you have a chance to act, otherwise there will be a clear review on google. "

"Hotellets läge är utmärkt: nära "allt" på Manhattan. Med detta menas att kommunikationer, affärer, trafik och NewYork-kaos, är runt hörnet… Jag menar: Manhattan är välbesökt för att säga det minsta. Vill man promenera, rekommenderar jag Greenwich Village, dvs södra delarna. Trevlig personal på hotellet. Och tv-utbudet..? "200 channels and nothing on"… Tips: ta StatenIsland-färjan. Trevlig resa, där man får kan se hela silhuetten från vattnet."

"Välskött, välstädat och trivsamt. Men ganska opersonligt. Nära Wall street, South Harbour och WTC. Givetvis nära till tunnelbana. Många restauranger och närbutiker i området, väldigt lugnt och tryggt. Skybar. Trevlig personal. Prisvärt."
