“Listing was not as advertised, in an unsafe neighborhood, requested separate rental agreement (which would be fine) but an additional requirement for card documentation for their file, implying a duplicate charge. When I tried to cancel our 5 night stay (online, via phone, and through email) after nearly being accosted by 3 strangers upon our entry, I was immediately denied and told 'no refund', 'can't cancel' and 'its not known (locally) as a safe place'. Ridiculously poor customer service...

“The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. A.so, why does a representative not ,ive at or near the property? If you need more towels or theres other concerns, how do you handle that? Finally, ...

“Had a 1 night stay in NYC for a competition, this little apartment was PERFECT for a quick in and out. Comfortable and Very nice!”

“The room wasn't set up as shown. Could barely get around the end of the bed because of dresser. The desk chair only leaned back and due to no room to maneuver, you couldn't get it out. No extra trash bags. No extra toilet paper. Dead Fly squished and left on wall. Mold in Shower”
