Lägenhetshotell i South Brooklyn

“Dirty room. Broken ceiling in the bathroom. Rooms and the overall hotel does not look the same in reality as the photos.”

“The hotel is very close to Empire State Building, Madison square garden and Penn station. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The hotel staff sent clear messages before arrival with information regarding location, check in routines etc. All in all we had a pleasant stay!”

“Underbart läge!”

“Mycket trevligt boende. Skall återkomma 👍”

“A very large and spacious apartment - plenty of room for a family of four (could sleep six), a fantastic base for a sightseeing trip in NYC. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby, a five minute walk to the subway and a ten minute walk to Central Park. Communication with the host was excellent and the use of Door app for entry and access to a luggage holding room for our arrival/departure days meant we could make the most of our time in the city. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here...

“First things first: if you're staying less than a week, they will add a nightly surcharge to your bill. This was not listed on Expedia. There is rarely anyone at the front desk. Everything is done electronically. It's really hard to check in by phone, and because of location, coming back at night can feel a little scary. The place is not as well kept up as previous owners had kept it. There are stains in the hall rugs. Photo-sensitive hall lights are late coming on. Two lamps in my room did...

“the comforters didn’t look clean..looked dusty”

“The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it.”

“All of the staff was so nice! There is a little store and a resturant where the food is amazing, and they brew their own tea on sight, so they have great sweet tea if you are from the South and are looking. Great location and very nice! But also good healthier options like sweet tea!”

“Thank you for your attention. We were very pleased. It is also in a wonderful location. See you next time!”

“not good at all”

“Does not accommodate 5 people as described. There was only 1 king bed and 2 small sofas, one was able to lay flat, like a very small futon and the other was just a narrow sofa.”
