“Its extremely centrally located, which made it super easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The property was easy to check in and out from. I was in one of the small loft rooms, and the room was clean, there was plenty of space for me to spread out. My window overlooked the back garden which offered a sense of privacy, especially since I had the window open most of the time. Overall, a wonderful stay - would highly recommend, especially for a soli traveller.”

“Stayed with my large extended family. This a place is very practical for the bedrooms and bathrooms and how close it is to London, Windsor castle, the highway and Lego land (which we didn’t go to). The living room furniture by the TV isn’t very strong. I see what the idea was with the futons to have extra sleeping space but it’s not great for adults to sit on, which why I give it four stars. “We spent 9 fantastic nights at Victoria’s property in Colnbrook. It was the perfect jumping off point as we visited the Cotswolds, Lulworth Cove, Hever Castle in Kent, London and Windsor. “Arrived at the house entry all went well, everything was ten out of ten in this rental. Hosts were brilliant, weather was perfect first day, really hot, like being abroad. Beds very comfortable, shower great, dog friendly, our little Daisy settled in well. Nice sun trap in the garden. Brought fish and chips back, they were great too. All places are close, we did Sandbanks, Corfe Castle, Bournemouth, Swanage , Durdle Door. Will return hopefully.”

“Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break.”
