“Great property for 8 guys over 5 days. Close to great golf courses, restaurants, and the strip. Beautifully decorated interior and very nice pool and hot tub, grill and outdoor seating as well. Tom was great to work with. Definitely recommend!”

“We rented a house this year for our annual CES work trip and couldn't have been happier with the house and the host! The house was fantastic and about 15 minutes from wherever we needed to get on the strip. Overall, the house was fantastic. Great kitchen, and living area, and the bedrooms were perfect with very comfortable beds!! It was too cold for us to really enjoy the outdoor area, but the outside area looked awesome. Just too cold in Jan to try and use. Would highly recommend this property...

She was very prompt and thorough in her responses on our inquires/questions prior to rental, prior to arrival and during our stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was adequately stocked with the necessities and you get to use the single car garage to park in! The neighborhood is quiet. It is easy access to the airport and to the strip with everything you might need nearby from groceries to clothing.”

“This villa is great for a large group, but not as larger as listed. It is listed as sleeping over 40, however it seemed like we could only get 30 people to comfortably sleep, MAX. The space could also use shower mats, and more towels for guests. In addition, while sleeping, one of my guest’s bed’s fell to the floor. The next morning we discovered it was on cinder blocks. For the price we paid, we were disappointed to find broken equipment. It is in a safe location and has plenty of amenities...

“The day before we were to stay on the property we rented, the toilet broke but the owner/manager offered for us to stay at a another house that they were also renting. The house we stayed in was very clean and worked very well for us. Great communication with the owner/manager and took care of a potential problem right away. Will stay here again.”

“This has been the second booking I made that the owner had a hot tub that was not working when we arrived, there were many issues with this property as well, many times in the kitchen and living room, refrigerator ice dispenser did not give ice, but clog up numerous times, microwave did not rotate and make loud noises, both showers were very slippery, vent screens were very dirty”

“The property was what we wanted for this visit. Close to the Venue for our volleyball tournament. Convienent to nice local restaurants and shopping. Property size and layout were great for our family get together. Property does need so TLC. Yard was full of weeds. Property had not been cleaned when we checked in, corrected promptly. Freezer was not available, not sure why it wouldn’t open but three attempts with property manger got no response so we went through the stay with no freezer....
