**We have been informed that there will be construction work at Suntide III that could affect your upcoming reservation. The project is scheduled to take 150 days, from September 17, 2025, through February 13, 202; however, factors such as weather and changes in scope may extend this timeline. The improvement project will involve simultaneous work on both the beachside and bayside of the building, specifically on balconies of all units ending in 03, 04, and 05, the north and south elevator shafts (with one elevator always operational), and the A/C unit condenser storages.

During the south elevator shaft and A/C condenser storages work, the south staircase will be closed to guests. During work on the north elevator and A/C condenser storages the north staircase will be closed. The work in the A/C condenser storage areas may require the movement of some of the air conditioner units. As a result, some rental units may experience air conditioner outages for a temporary period of time. Emergency exit signs and evacuation plans will be posted during the maintenance. One of the staircases will always be accessible during construction. One of the elevators will remain in operation at all times . The outdoor pool and patio area will not be affected during the renovation project. The indoor pool and spa will also remain open and accessible. Please expect some adjustments to access points, scaffolding in the back of the building, construction noise, and dust throughout the duration of the improvement project. All other units ending in x01, x02, x06, x07, x08, x09 and x10 on all 12 floors will remain open.

Your centrally located retreat is within walking distance of restaurants, a supermarket, liquor store, specialty shops, and attractions like Gravity Park! The Island Metro, a free public bus, stops right outside the front gate, offering easy access to a variety of activities on the island, as well as Port Isabel.

After a day at the beach, retreat to the cozy living area furnished with a comfortable leather sofa, two large armchairs, and ottomans. Settle in and stream a movie or your favorite show on the 55-inch 4K HDR smart TV. A wet bar in the living area features a convenient wine fridge and a wide array of specialty glassware.

Start the day off right by preparing a hearty breakfast in the modern kitchen, equipped with stainless steel pots and pans, colorful dishware, glasses, cutlery, serving pieces, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The pantry contains an assortment of conveniences, including an electric griddle, crock pot, waffle maker, deep fryer, blender, popcorn maker, and a booster seat. Sip your morning coffee at the kitchen bar, outfitted with seating for three. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six.

All three bedrooms are outfitted with a cable TV and conveniences like USB charging, luggage racks, laundry baskets, and hangers. Find quiet privacy in the master suite and watch the sunrise from the comfort of your king-size bed. The exquisite en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity with plenty of storage and a fully tiled, walk-in shower with seating. Both guest bedrooms are appointed with a queen-size bed, a twin bed, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On-site amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and a private washer/dryer.
