Great rooms, walk-able to everything, super clean, great staff, the restaurant is delicious and the bar has good drinks, very accommodating and lots of extras! The 4 stars are for parking... we would like to keep our car inside the garage, to do so it must be valet, that is not an option for some ...

Very happy with the personnel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, bed was comfy. Love having the dinning room and bar in the hotel. We had a great time!

Holiday Inn Portland-By the Bay by IHG
The staff was super helpful and friendly. We were in town for a concert. The location was very close but it was cold out and they helped us get to and from the venue topping off a great experience. We will definitely be staying again.
