Room was easy to find and was very clean. Air conditioner worked well and bed was comfy. It's an older hotel, but it's well maintained. Breakfast was also great. We will definitely stay again.â

âGreat welcoming and friendly staff. Room and hotel as expected, however a highly disappointing grab-n-go âbreakfastâ. I selected the hotel because of breakfast included, and the only âfoodâ offered was muffins and Natture Valley Oat Bars. No bread, no yoghurt, no cereal, no eggs. If no breakfast, or acceptable alternative, is offered, please mention this in the description, to avoid dissatisfaction (and hunger).â

I go to the front desk and ask for a new room, since I had booked a ârecently renovated roomâ â yes, thatâs exactly what it says in my booking. The room is barely 1â2 stars.
After two separate discussions, I am first promised a better room, only to later be told, when itâs time to switch, that Iâll have to âsettleâ for an equivalent (recently renovated) room.
The breakfast was substandard â we only ate 2 out of 4 days. This is an overall terrible hotel, with an unfriendly manager and a total scam!
I believe Hotels.com should remove this hotel from its listings, as it tarnishes the reputation of other affiliated hotels that actually deliver what they promise in their marketing."
"Ett toppenhotell som vi verkligen rekommenderar! Vi kom före incheckningstid men fick hjÀlp att ta hand om bagaget fram till incheck, flera tips om vad vi kunde göra i staden av trevlig personal. Rummet var frÀscht, klimatsmart och hightech med iPad som styr belysning, gardiner, tv, vÀckning mm. Fantastisk utsikt över Voston skyline. Trevligt uppehÄllsrum med sÀllskapsspel och soffor. Terass med fin utsikt. Frukosten var toppen pÄ alla sÀtt. Det fanns allt man kunde önska med extra tillÀgg för espressokaffe. Vi bodde en natt i anslutning till en hockeymatch i TD Garden. Hotellet ligger vÀgg i vÀgg med arenan sÄ topplÀge om man har bokat nÄgot i TD Garden. Det tog ca 10 min att gÄ in till downtown Boston. Rekommenderas varmt."
